Findings are only useful once they turn into action. Strategy work translates a needs assessment or policy assessment into a concrete, sequenced plan: which zoning changes to prioritize first, where a housing trust fund or land-dedication policy would do the most good, and how to phase recommendations so a community sees results within a single budget cycle rather than waiting a decade for a comprehensive rewrite. We build this alongside city staff and elected officials so the strategy reflects real political and financial constraints, not just what's theoretically optimal, and we stay engaged to help refine messaging and build the champions needed to carry it through adoption.
