Owner's Representation

Once a project is designed and funded, we act as a client's direct advocate in the field, representing their interests at regular owner, architect, and contractor meetings so nothing gets decided without them in the room. We manage the construction draw requests that keep funders satisfied and disbursements on time, provide monthly progress reports and expert recommendations on change orders so clients can make quick, confident decisions, and stay engaged well past substantial completion to manage the punch list, final financial reporting, and project closeout.
