Chris served as development consultant on this project for NEOO Partners Inc., providing pre-development consulting to rescue a stalled townhome development that had no development budget or financial pro forma and was at risk of losing its city funding.
Chris renegotiated the project's design, ran a design charrette to align the community's vision with a feasible budget, rebuilt the pro forma from scratch, and secured the developer rights and financing extensions needed to keep the project moving.
