Chris served as development consultant on this project for NEOO Partners Inc., providing feasibility analysis and pre-development consulting as four partner organizations came together to acquire and convert a former YWCA building into a shared office and contractor-training space.

Water intrusion surfaced on the day the acquisition closed. Chris managed the emergency repairs, facilitated decision-making across the four partner organizations, and phased construction to keep the project moving — while also supporting the client's staff hiring and capital campaign efforts.
