Mali Center Buildout

Chris served as Owner's Representative on this project for NEOO Partners Inc., providing feasibility, pre-development, and owner's representation services as a fitness and community organization transitioned into its new home, the Mali Center.

The project worked through state health code requirements, fire marshal approval, and an unexpected water intrusion issue. Chris secured additional grant funding to keep the project on track and held the general contractor accountable to the original budget, delivering a successful grand opening.
