825 Arts Historic Community Arts Center Buildout

Chris served as Owner's Representative on this project for NEOO Partners Inc., providing owner's representation and pre-development consulting on the historic restoration of what's now 825 Arts, a community arts center in St Paul.

The project pieced together 19 separate funding sources and weathered an arson attempt during construction. Chris managed the resulting funding draws and the outsized change orders typical of historic renovation work to keep the project on budget and on schedule, while leading community communication throughout the multi-year build.
